Proyecto deportivo
El proyecto deportivo Academia Fénix surge de la necesidad de ofrecer al barrio de Vallecas un club insigna en el fútbol base con el que los vallecanos y nuestras familias y jugadores y jugadoras puedan sentirse identificadas.
El principal objetivo del club es ofrecer una educación integral a través de la práctica de fútbol. Por ello, desde Academia Fénix, nos centramos en formar personas a través del deporte, creando una identidad propia con unos valores deportivos muy señalados. Cabe destacar, que la competición es una herramienta de aprendizaje contextualizada fundamental para el desarrollo deportivo y personal de nuestros jugadores y jugadoras, por ello nuestra visión deportiva toma una perspectiva adaptada al entorno, desarrollando las habilidades psicometrices, técnicas y cognitivas.
Sports project
The sports project Academia Fénix arises from the need to offer the Vallecas neighborhood a flagship club in youth football with which the people of Vallecas, along with our families and players, can feel identified.
The main objective of the club is to provide a comprehensive education through the practice of football. For this reason, at Academia Fénix, we focus on developing individuals through sports, creating our own identity with clearly defined sporting values. It is worth noting that competition is a fundamental contextualized learning tool for the athletic and personal development of our players, which is why our sporting vision takes an approach adapted to the environment, fostering psychomotor, technical, and cognitive skills.
